Fay Marshall

Meet Fay Marshall, a dedicated manager and mother of four. She started her career as a nursery apprentice at 17 and has since earned both Level 2 and Level 3 childcare qualifications, as well as a degree in Special Needs, Early Years, and Inclusion Studies—fields she is truly passionate about. Fay joined Witty Kiddies in 2018, where she has grown into her role as a manager. Her background in special needs education has equipped her with a keen ability to identify children’s needs early, ensuring they receive the support necessary for their development. Additionally, she brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the nursery.
