Shirley Potter

Meet Shirley Potter, our Senior Manager.

Shirley has worked in early years childcare and education for 22 years and holds a Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification, along with an Early Years Educator Level 3 certification. She joined Witty Kiddies Nurseries in 2017 and has since worked across four different branches, supporting children across London to reach their learning goals and confidently transition to primary school.

She played a key role in opening our Upper Norwood branch, transforming it into the wonderful nursery it is today. Shirley has guided, encouraged, and motivated the team to become strong educators with great communication and teaching skills. She has also helped expand their knowledge of the EYFS framework, contributing to the implementation of individual learning plans that support each child in reaching their full potential.
